over the weekend we went up to powder mountain and spent some time at the condo. we swam A LOT and so the kids would get really tired. this is how you can tell they wanted to go to bed, they would grab their blankets and come cuddle. i loved it. we headed up saturday with blayne's and lashelle's families and most of us stayed until tuesday. it was a nice long weekend.
we got in trouble for having our pets there and so trent and i took them back home. but on our way back up we took a little detour and went to get a raspberry shake. oh so yummy!

since the kids live in cali they wanted to go play in the snow, that is until they figured out that playing with bare hands isn't fun.
johnny is a good little climber. it was hard for adults to get up there because we are so heavy that we would just sink, but you wouldn't believe you actually made it up there.
yep trent! anna really wanted to go to the top and so trent carried her. we were all really surprised that he actually made it.

How fun is that?! And my house growing up was just over the mountain from you. AND...Chris's played a vital role in our wedding (funny story for some other funny day)! They do have the best raspberry shakes though. I'm happy you had some nice R&R, you deserve it. Wish you were here though.
