32 weeks=8months, only 8 weeks left!

this is the only picture i actually took of the crib before i painted it.  our little girls nursery is bright pink, light pink, green and black.  all the rest of her furniture is black so i decided to paint the crib black.  this was a huge undertaking until a great friend of mine let me borrow their electric sander and i had it sanded and painted in no time.

it took a bit longer painting it because i did it outside so the fumes would go away quickly and it has been raining a lot here and then a bit breezy. so i to wait for "perfect" days to paint.

trents parents gave us this crib that his sister had used with her twins and so there were no instructions, it took us about 45 minutes on the phone with trents dad and another hour to put this thing together.

 here it is almost put together. you can't really tell but trent is using is new birthday present that he bought himself one day while he was at harbor freight.  he was so excited to be able to use is new ratchet.  good work babe!

i found the bedding on the babiesRus website and LOVED it, when i ordered it i didn't realize that it came with all this stuff other then just the sheet and bumpers.  it actually came with some pictures and a clean diaper holder, a mobile, and a valance. i thought this picture was adorable of trent putting up the mobile.

and here is the finished product and a picture of my belly at 32 weeks.  her room is not quit ready so i'll take some pictures of that when i get it done.  i seriously can't believe i only have 8 weeks left and our little girl will be here.  i found myself just sitting in her room last night thinking about how different our lives are going to be soon.  i can officially say now that we will have a baby NEXT MONTH.
