visitors!

my best friend from high school and her mom drove up from louisiana this past weekend to come see us.  it was a great weekend! we miss them already and can't wait to see them again when kim gets married in november!!!!!

 mya is staying awake longer during the day and is really alert.  she has started to follow objects with her eyes.  she doesn't quit move her head, just her eyes and it is really funny.

 of course we both still do A LOT of napping.

while kim and her mom were here we did a lot of relaxing and watching tv.  we watched a couple movies and had our usual cheese dip and dilly bars from dairy queen (a tradition since high school) i even left mya at home with trent and his mom and we went and picked out my dress for kim's wedding, went to hobby lobby and made a stop at jamba juice!

 mya is starting to fit into newborn clothes now and it's so fun to dress her up.  she wanted to wear this to tell my family she is ready for the beach! since my parents just came home, we are having a family reunion at a beach house in august. she also looks just like her daddy.
