beware

 

 sorry there were just too many cute pictures, so this post is picture over load. mya spent pretty much the entire week celebrating halloween.  her grandma sent her a package full of clothes, toys and treats.  so what does any first time mother do? dress her child up in the cute clothes as much as possible!

 mya is getting so much better around big crowds so i thought i would try my hand at the library halloween party.  she did great.  she didn't cry one time and even was a trooper and sat on the floor for pictures.  yes she has started reaching for me. that's mya's friend hailey in the cat costume.  we sure love our farm animals!

 next we ventured off to the ward trunk or treat.  man it was awesome.  this little girl looks identical to the joker and of course won best costume and mya won sweetest costume.

 

this is just another outfit from grandma

 now onto halloween.  this is the only outfit that i actually bought her for her first halloween.  family pictures never seem to turn out, we couldn't get her to stop looking at weenie, she is so fascinated with him these days.

 her shirt says wickedly cute with a glittery cat on it.  poor girl had glitter all over her face all day

 she loves to be tossed in the air and daddy loves to be the one to toss her (only cuz he thinks she's laughing at him)

 halloween night we had some friends over for dinner and they brought pumpkins, so we lit them up and took some pictures.  i was super impressed that she sat there all by herself.  i think the fluff of the costume helped keep her up.

 we had lots of trick or treaters and even one kid from trents primary class.  he was super excited to learn where trent lived (should i be scared?)

our first halloween as a family of 3.  we had a great halloween and loved finally getting some trick or treaters.  i think next year will be even more fun when mya will actually go trick or treating!
