well labor weekend was awesome for us, as you probably can already tell we went BOATING! the family that i sometimes babysit for took us boating with them and it was just the best day. i got to wakeboard which i haven't done in like 5 years, and everybody else tubed. yeah, i don't like to tube so i just hung out on the boat and got my tan on the rest of the day.
weenie was pooped by the end of the day, don't know why he decided to buckle in with trent but he didn't want to be moved. maybe he thought it was safer since he was so tired his reflexes weren't as good, who knows. just gotta love him!
trent is the one on the left tube holding on for dear life, jim (the driver) didn't have mercy for the tubers, hence the reason i didn't want to go.
i have been meaning to blog this since we got back but i have been busy and i got a little side tracked blogging dans wedding. this is one of my dearest friends tiffany. she actually pretty much hired me when i got my job at hamilton park. she trained me and everything. over the past two years we have become the best of friends. i think we grew so close because we kept eachother sane at the front desk, haha! i miss her so much and wanted to thank her (and greg) for being so good to me. you are the best and don't let ellie get any boyfriends!
we had a little bbq the night before we left to come back to lafayette and it was so much fun. all of our dearest friends dropped everything (because trent didn't call anyone until the day before) to come. we really have the best of friends. thanks to all that came, we love you. and we miss those who couldn't make it, thanks for trying! oh yeah, this is a picture of sang, kyle and trent moving trents bug (on car jacks) to the middle of the garage. it was pretty funny, but they got it done.
i love this picture. while we were packing to come back weenie kept crawling into our suitcases. i think he thought we were going to leave him because the week before we actually left him for a week. i know some of you are thinking, duh emily it's a stupid dog, but until we have children, weenie is my child. but seriously he acts like a human and has serious detachment problems. he does not do well when we leave. he is getting better but i think he just wanted to make sure we took him.
