matt taught daniel and kinsee how to boogie board. they did awesome and even went back for more after they took a tumble in the waves, so brave!

the waves weren't that big but they kept taking out the little kids, so justin figured out that you have to burry your feet. i think he would have stayed there forever.

matt has a seven footer on his team and we tried on his shorts. seriously kim and i still had more room to spare, we could have fit another person in with us.
apparently i am aspiring to be either 7 feet or just fat. check out my pockets full of candy.
this was actually one of shaq's shoes. it was HUGE. Shaq signed it and sent it to the head coach.
after we went to the thunderdome (the bball court where matt coaches) we took off for cold stone, where i introduced lyndsi to cake batter! oh so yummy!

the next morning we took off for home. we drove from cali to st. george and the next day went to lauren's baby shower. yes, she is smelling a diaper. the fun games at baby showers.
out in front of dan and laurens house right before we left. the kids don't look so happy because they were sick of being in the car. they were troopers though!

most of us just chilled under the umbrellas, it was so much fun.

alright so conner is a little bit of a bully.i must say that i have the best family ever. we all dropped a lot of things and drove a lot of miles to make our vacation work and i am so grateful. i think it's very rare that you have a family where everyone gets along and loves eachother so much. we owe a lot to our parents. we wouldn't be the way we are without them. family was a huge emphasis growing up and it has stuck with us all. thanks for such a wonderful time you guys. love you all and see you soon!

We miss you guys! I'm glad you're having a fun summer and getting settled though! We might be coming out to Austin sometime soon so we'll have to visit.

this looks like an awesome vacation! I'm so glad you were able to hang out with your family before you moved and that you were able to go meet your new little nephew.

Hey Emily and Trent, it really seems you had a great time in St. George, California, and now in Austin, TX... or at least going up there !!
Thanks Emily, for your words, kindness and sympathy. As for now, the hotel doesn't want to be responsible or get involved with the damages... I'm still trying to decide if I should appeal to the Weber County office or just drop it there.
I want to live without conflicts, you know.
Well, we'll see what happens.
In the mean time, say hi to Trent and Weenie. I hope the best for you all (you, Trent and Weenie) adjusting your lives in Austin, Texas... (looks like you had a good time going up there!!).
