flooring progress

the tiling is really coming along, this is the office and it is now done-for some reason i don't have a finished picture of it.  it is really looking good!

 i asked trent to go straight to the bathroom and get it tiled so we could put the toilet back on.  being 36 weeks i have to pee a lot and i HATE going upstairs everytime, so we sort of skipped over the rest of the entry and went straight to the bathroom. *of course weenie has to be in all the action and wouldn't stop whining until trent gave him a little attention.

the first couple tiles laid in the bathroom.  we actually changed the design going into the bathroom.  we were just going to keep the tiles on the diagonal, but i decided i wanted the bathroom to be "separate" from the front portion of the house and so we decided to put the tiles in square and take out all the marble and put a cool design right in the doorway. and the toilet is no longer sitting in the shower, it's back in it's proper place!

if you make this picture big you can see the design we decided to lay.  i was really in the working mood so i actually laid the tiles while trent started on the rest of the entry way.  we are going to finish up the entry hopefully by tomorrow and then start the other big room on saturday, and if trent has monday off we are hoping to finish that room and then we are done laying tile-well in that area of the house.  next we are doing the kitchen!

 this is a random picture that trent took the other morning.  he thought it was funny that weenie had taken his place in bed and that we were laying the same.  trent also thinks it's crazy that i have three pillows for my head and then i wrap myself in a huge body pillow. BUT i get acid reflux so bad that i have to be propped up and the body pillow keeps me asleep. hopefully the next 4 weeks go by fast!!!!!
